Engineering Experience
Case studies from each role: the systems I built, the technologies I used, and the impact they had.
RocketGate
Developer Support Engineer
Building internal software, developer tooling, and operational systems for a modern payment platform.

Workflow Intelligence
A Laravel/Vue platform for tracking work items, stage history, and delivery progress: replacing scattered status updates with a single source of truth for the team.
View Workflow Intelligence →Verbatim
A grounded documentation Q&A and support-assistance system where retrieval, confidence, and citation mapping are deterministic and LLMs are limited to synthesis over pre-selected source material. The same knowledge layer also powers grounded support-reply drafting and internal retrieval/debugging tools.
View Verbatim →Transaction Toolkit
A local-first investigation environment around the Transaction History API: snapshots and normalizes merchant transaction data for repeatable decline, authentication, retry, and concentration analysis, deterministic by default with optional AI explanation over pre-aggregated metrics.
View Transaction Toolkit →Knowledge Exporter
A read-only extraction tool that converts Freshdesk and Confluence knowledge into deterministic Markdown. Hash-based idempotent writes and per-run change reports make repeated exports stable, reviewable, and ready for downstream documentation or knowledge systems.
View Knowledge Exporter →Developer Documentation & Onboarding
Modernized integration guides, SDK usage examples, and support resources for merchants and internal teams, and connected that knowledge base to the support-ticket workflow so relevant documentation surfaces automatically when a ticket is opened.
Verbatim, Knowledge Exporter, and this documentation work are separate systems that function together as one developer-enablement ecosystem: centralized technical documentation, a searchable, RAG-grounded knowledge base, and natural-language retrieval surfaced directly in the support workflow. Together, they cut average new-merchant integration onboarding from roughly 10 active hours to 3, and reduced integration-related ticket volume by roughly 30%.
